Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your NightSnow. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the item is unused, clean and in its original packaging with all parts included (projector, ground stake, mounting base, remote control, pattern slides and mounting screws).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the original shipping cost, and we will cover the return shipping.

Wrong plug type

Please choose the plug type (US, EU, UK or AU) that matches your outlet before you order. If you ordered the wrong plug, contact us and we will help you find a solution.

How to start a return

Send us a message on our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded for standard returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the refund.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts cannot be refunded.
