Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.

• United States: estimated delivery 5-8 business days from your order date.
• All other countries: estimated delivery 8-13 business days from your order date.

Delivery times are estimates and are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delays can happen because of carrier issues, weather, holiday demand or customs.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges, if any, are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us through our Contact page and we will make it right.
