These terms apply to your use of the NightSnow website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and projected images may look slightly different on different screens and in different surroundings. Please read the product information before ordering.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Discounts shown on the product page are applied automatically at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Safe use

NightSnow is an electric light. Use the plug type that matches your outlet, keep the plug and power cable connections dry, and follow the product instructions. The projector is splash-proof, not submersible, and should not be exposed directly to heavy downpours. Do not use a damaged product. Using the product is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NightSnow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
